6.9 Export Control
Your use of TechGuru services is subject to export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States (EAR). You warrant that you are not prohibited from receiving US origin products.
7. RISK OF LOSS
Any products or service that you license or purchase from a Vendor found on TechGuru are made pursuant to your contract with that Vendor. TechGuru takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any product or service that you acquire from a Vendor.
9. VENDOR WEBSITES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
TechGuru may provide links to Vendors' websites or embed tools/forms from partners. TechGuru is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or the content of their websites. TechGuru does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, privacy policies, or cookies of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither TechGuru nor any of our subsidiaries shall be liable for (a) any damages in excess of five times the most recent monthly fee that you paid for a Premium Service, if any, or US $50, whichever amount is greater, or (b) any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages.
14. TERMINATION
14.2 Misuse of the Services
TechGuru has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in TechGuru's sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers under applicable copyright laws.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Law and Forum for Legal Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California. You and TechGuru agree that any Claim shall be brought solely in the competent courts of San Francisco, California.
15.2 Arbitration Option
For any claim where the total amount of the award sought is less than US $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute through binding non-appearance-based arbitration.

You may have rights or obligations under local law other than those enumerated here if you are located outside the United States.
